SHILEEN NIXON
Shileen Nixon is a woman on a mission. Her personal story leads her on a journey to impact lives all over the world by engaging women in self-discovery. Her ultimate purpose is to help women find their God-given purpose in order to live a life filled with joy and abundance.
Youth for Christ is Shileen’s foundation for ministry as she has been involved with this organization for 30 years. Along with being a homeschool mom of 14 years, she is also the founder of The Wonder Woman Challenge . She has fun as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant with the other Girlz Club leaders. Shileen has been married to her husband, Don, for 25 years and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with their two boys: Justin – 21 and Austyn - 16.
TRACY SPENCER
Tracy Spencer resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband of 6 years and their 3 children, Thatcher (2 yrs), Bella (5 yrs) and Caitlin (15 yrs).
As an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics, Tracy is passionate about reaching out to enrich the lives of women, while working from home and caring for her family. Before starting her Mary Kay business, Tracy worked at a Day Care in where she was employed for 11 years. Recently, Tracy has started a women’s ministry group at her Church where she has been a member for approximately 8 years.
Tracy feels very strongly about the path that God has placed before her and believes that the Girls Club and Woman Discover Yourself Conference are an infinite part of her spiritual journey.
BECKY ILLIG
Becky Illig has been married for 18 years to her husband, Greg. They have three sons: Michael-15, Justin-13, and Braden-11.
Becky has a Bachelor or Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University. She was a Corporate Fulfillment Program Coordinator for an Advertising Specialties company. She is currently a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.
Becky and her family are active in their faith community. She is a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Ministry Of Mothers Sharing at her Church. She is a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader. She is the past President of the Parent Faculty Association at her sons’ elementary school.
Her passion is to serve God by being of service to her brothers and sisters in faith.
DANETTE HOFRICHTER
Danette Leichty-Hofrichter is a single mother of two. Her children, Mae, a 17yr old daughter and Alan, a 13yr old son keep her quite busy. She has two businesses; Household Help and Mary Kay.
She still lives in the same area of Southwestern Pa. that she grew-up in. She accepted the Lord at the age of eight. Her life enables her to keep her priorities of God first, family second, and career third.
She has quite a few friends, family members and interests to ever lead a dull life. Her favorite past-time is taste testing restaurants’ food.
